I had to drive slowly on Albany’s I-90 to read the New York Builders Association’s Labor Law 240(1) billboards that I talked about in this prior post. The Association claims that New York’s Scaffold Law adds almost $10,000 to the cost of new home construction. Maybe I should have just read this press release.
