As Tom states in his Blawg of the Day: “The Center for Legal Policy at the Manhattan Institute is publishing the group blog PointOfLaw.com, which includes discussions from some of the nation’s top legal scholars on the American civil justice system. ” This magazine’s list of contributors is extremely impressive and the content is much more interesting than most legal news I’ve been reading these days.
