Perhaps influenced by Eliot Spitzer’s work, Senator Charles Schumer released a new report on the costs of automobile fraud on New Yorkers. The report provides no big surprise; however, Senator Schumer is proposing tougher laws on all those involved in fraud rings. Here is an article in the Insurance Journal concerning the report.
