The Defense Research Institute is hosting an excellent seminar on appellate advocacy on November 11-12, 2004 in New York City. Esteemed panelists include none other than Chief Judge Judith Kaye of the New York Court of Appeals and Judge Sonia Sotomayor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The blawgosphere’s very own Howard Bashman of  "How Appealing" will also speak at the seminar.
