Could Podcasting Technology Have A Use in the Legal Community?

The "new" blogging spin-off podcasting (see this article on MSNBC and this one on Wired.com about podcasts) seemed very attractive to the music enthusiast side of my personality; however can the legal community also benefit from podcasts?  For example, all oral arguments at the New York Court of Appeals are videotaped and a few years ago were broadcast on the local PBS station.  If you miss an argument you can certainly purchase one from the Albany Law School Government Center, but wouldn’t it be great if the Court had podcasts of the arguments?  It is always great to read a good analysis of an oral argument, but the public and legal community could listen for themselves if courts adopted podcasting technology.
