IMPORTANT MESSAGE

All attorneys who practice or were admitted in the Appellate Division, First Department and have failed to renew their attorney registration face the suspension of the practice of law.  Attorneys in this predicament can cure the default by May 1, 2005 (see the First Department’s notice).  If you don’t cure the registration problem before then, the Court is going to include you in an omnibus motion as a respondent for the suspension of your law license.
