I will be giving two presentations as part of the upcoming New York State Bar Association 2005 Insurance Coverage Update (see pamphlet here Download ny_cle.pdf ).  On April 29, 2005, I will be presenting on the following topic: Will the no prejudice rule survive? – Late Notice and Untimely Disclaimer Update.  This presentation will take place in Syracuse, New York.  I will also present on the following topic in Albany: Bad Faith.
