I want to wish everyone a very happy New Year.  This past year has been full of new friends whom I met through writing "New York Civil Law."  Thank you for your continued insight and thought-provoking comments.  And to those who support "New York Civil Law" by merely reading this Weblog but not posting comments on it, your loyalty is just as important to me.   Thank you for your readership and continued support.
