I will be attending the Defense Research Institute’s Appellate Advocacy Seminar from Wednesday to this Friday (see prior post).  I am not sure how the Internet connections are at my hotel, so I’ll just say that substantive posts will start up again next Tuesday (maybe I’ll get lucky and score free Wi-Fi access so I can post during the week).
