Posts to this weblog for the past month have been few and far between.  The explanation for the infrequency of posting is that I am presenting at a New York State Bar Association seminar on construction defects and insurance coverage on May 19, 2006 (here is the brochure if you are interested: Download Commercial_Lines_Brochure1.pdf).

The preparation for this presentation is taking up a lot of my time outside of the office.  I hope to resume more frequent posting in a few weeks.  For now, I’ll be posting sporadically during the next few weeks when I uncover important cases.
