As promised, posts have returned to "New York Civil Law."  I have instituted a couple of changes to the weblog during the summer.  I hope you enjoy them. 

1. I’ve created a banner and instituted the inclusion of Vizu polls on the sidebar, among other things (the banner background is based on one of my pictures of the Court of Appeals Hall); 

2. I’ve made a conscious decision not to post to the weblog on a daily basis.   I noticed that I was unable to write fresh content to the weblog without typographical errors on a daily basis given my work responsibilities.  Therefore, my goal is to provide quality posts a few times a week;

3. I also reduced the links on my blogroll and created a separate blogroll for New York blawgers.  The blawgosphere has substantially changed since I first started blogging.  I am so proud to see the large number of quality blawgs written by New Yorkers.
