A surprising result to New York Civil Law’s first poll.  The poll asked:

Should Governor Pataki have reappointed New York Court of Appeals Judge George Bundy Smith?

The results were right down the middle; fifty percent of the participants said yes and fifty percent said no.  Thank you for your participation.
