Now that New York Civil Law is back from its hiatus, here is the most recent of CaseWatch (Download CaseWatchVol3No4.DOC).  For those who are new to this blawg, CaseWatch is a free publication that summarizes recent insurance coverage and defense issues of all 50 states.  The publication also provides legislative updates for all 50 states on insurance bills.  This is a bi-monthly publication.
