The Bench of the New York Court of Appeals will dramatically change in the upcoming months. Longtime jurist George Bundy Smith was not reappointed, and Judge Rosenblatt will soon reach the 70-year-old mandatory retirement. Chief Judge Kaye’s term will also expire in March 2007.
