Happy New Year to all.  I’m excited about providing quality and thought-provoking posts for the upcoming year.   

In the immediate past years, we have had the year of the blog, podcast, vlog, and the recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding electronic discovery.  What will this upcoming year bring regarding technology? Will this be the year of litigation over electronic discovery issues?  Will there be a new technology to publish over the Web?  I guess we’ll have to wait and see, unless anyone has some inside information or a prediction.
