David Gottlieb offers up a refreshing view of New York No-Fault law (and venturing into Florida No-Fault) at No-Fault Paradise. His posts are a nice mixture of case analysis, No-Fault related news, and the little things that No-Fault law practitioners and those on the "outside" can appreciate. This New York blawg is a relatively recent enjoyable addition to New York’s blawgosphere.
Because No-Fault Paradise tinges its posts with a good dose of humor, I propose a competition where readers submit their best song parody about No-Fault law with the song title, "No-Fault Paradise" sung to Stevie Wonder’s "Pastime Paradise" or Coolio’s pseudo-remake "Gangsta’s Paradise." Listen here for streaming music of Coolio’s version.
To start you off, I offer these No-Fault related words and non-related words that rhyme with them.
Gregory Serio (former NYS Department of Insurance Superintendent) and Denny Terrio (disco dancer and former Dance Fever host).
Sequelae (a pathological condition resulting from a disease, injury, or other trauma) and Mallela (from the No-Fault case State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co. v. Mallela).
You can send your submissions to me, and I’ll post the best ones.
