The results of the long-standing poll are in.  The question posed was:

Should the New York Legislature pass a law requiring insurers to
demonstrate prejudice where the insured gives late notice of a claim
without a reasonable excuse?

63.9% answered "Yes"; and

36.1% answered "No."

As a new Bill regarding the eradication of New York’s no-prejudice rule is inevitable, NYCL will keep you apprised of developments on this front.

Please see the new poll regarding legal weblog posts.  The question was sparked by the proliferation of blogs and the change of style in posting I’ve seen through the years.  Because I’m pressed for time during the weak, I prefer the old-style of blog posting.  I’m curious to see if you agree.
