I’ve represented insurers, property owners, manufacturers, and contractors for over two decades in high-stakes matters involving:
- New York Labor Law §§ 240(1), 241(6), and 200;
- Insurance coverage and priority disputes;
- Premises and product liability;
- Catastrophic personal injury defense; and
- Appellate and trial-level strategic consulting.
After graduating at the top of my law school class, I clerked at the New York Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court. In my appellate practice, I served as appellate coordinating counsel in one of the largest dental-malpractice actions in state history. I have successfully argued appeals at every level of the New York courts—including the Court of Appeals—and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I have also authored numerous amicus briefs for national legal and product-defense organizations.
